Job summary

Mylifestyle Interior is seeking a capable installations supervisor to lead daily technician operations, schedule installations, and coordinate site assessments and handovers. The role requires ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient installations with clear customer guidance.

The candidate will manage resources, maintain records, and work with sales and service teams to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting operational targets. Flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technician operations including installation scheduling and job allocation.
• Conduct on-site assessments to determine suitable installation locations based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Verify correct connection to plumbing, faucets, and electrical outlets.
• Test systems and hand over to customers with demonstrations and guidance on usage and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate installation records, including reports, parts usage, and labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technician operations, including installation scheduling, job allocation, and service coordination.
• Conduct and oversee on-site assessments to determine suitable installation locations based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
• Manage and support technicians to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure home appliances and filtration systems are installed and connected correctly to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets where required.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure all systems are tested and functioning properly before handover to customers.
• Ensure technicians provide clear demonstrations and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective service.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including installation reports, parts usage, labor hours, job completion status, and customer information.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to optimize installation schedules, manage customer expectations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, work quality, productivity, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and technician performance.
• Ensure adequate tools, equipment, and installation materials are available for daily operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, where driving is required for the role.
