Job summary

mylifestyle interior pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an on-site Installation Supervisor to lead technicians, schedule installations, and coordinate service delivery.

You will assess site requirements, ensure safe and compliant installations, and collaborate with sales and service teams to meet customers’ needs. You will oversee troubleshooting, provide clear demonstrations to customers, maintain records, and drive improvements in efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technician operations: installation scheduling, job allocation, service coordination.
• Conduct on-site assessments for installation locations based on plumbing, electrical and space needs.
• Support technicians to ensure safe, efficient installs per specs and standards.
• Ensure proper connections to plumbing, faucets and electrical outlets.
• Monitor installation quality; test systems before handover to customers.
• Provide demonstrations and guidance to customers on use and maintenance.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate records: installation reports, parts usage, labor hours, status.
• Coordinate with sales/customer service to optimize schedules and expectations.
• Monitor team performance, quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and technician performance.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials for daily ops.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technician operations, including installation scheduling, job allocation, and service coordination.
• Conduct and oversee on-site assessments to determine suitable installation locations based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
• Manage and support technicians to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure home appliances and filtration systems are installed and connected correctly to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets where required.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure all systems are tested and functioning properly before handover to customers.
• Ensure technicians provide clear demonstrations and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective service.
• Maintain accurate operational records, including installation reports, parts usage, labor hours, job completion status, and customer information.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to optimize installation schedules, manage customer expectations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, work quality, productivity, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and technician performance.
• Ensure adequate tools, equipment, and installation materials are available for daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Experience in technician supervision, installation operations, field service, or a related technical role.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, prioritize tasks, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, where driving is required for the role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required to meet operational and customer needs.
