Job summary

SURBANA SITE SUPERVISORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee construction works on site, ensuring methods and materials align with contract drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate with contractors, monitor progress, uphold safety and cleanliness, and report discrepancies to Consultants. A Diploma/ITE in building, engineering or architectural with at least 3 years of supervision experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in building, engineering or architectural.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the supervision of Building/Residential Project

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
