Job summary

ELITEZ SITE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to assist consultants with on-site supervision and quality assurance of construction works. You will ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors on site.

The role requires a Diploma/NCSS and at least 1 year of supervision experience, with preference for those who have supervised precast components. Attention to detail and resourcefulness are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or NCSS as required qualification.
• IES registration as a Resident Technical Officer is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in supervision of construction works.
• Experience supervising precast components preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in supervision and quality assurance of on-site construction works.
• Ensure installation methods and materials comply with contract drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with contractors/sub-contractors to coordinate site works.
• Highlight discrepancies and report progress to Consultants.
• Ensure contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness on site.

• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
