Job summary

JGP Architecture (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee building works, ensuring compliance with the Building Control Act and project specifications.

You will coordinate defects investigations, verify rectification by contractors to meet HDB requirements, and monitor progress to meet service standards. Maintain precise site records and apply 3+ years of experience in C&S or Architectural works with BCA/NCCS/BCSS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising C&S or Architectural works, preferably on HDB BTO projects.
• BCA registration / NCCS / BCSS certification.
