Job summary

JGP Architecture (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced site supervisor to oversee BTO building works and ensure compliance with the Building Control Act.

You will lead the supervision team, coordinate defects investigations and rectifications, and maintain comprehensive site documentation.

Requirements: BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in supervising C&S/Architectural/M&E works, preferably on HDB BTO projects.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS certification.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience supervising C&S/Architectural/M&E works, preferably on HDB BTO projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTO building works in line with the Building Control Act.
• Ensure proper processes and safe methods of construction are followed by the main contractor.
• Coordinate and supervise defects investigations and rectification works.
• Organize and maintain proper site documentation and records.
• Able to perform Lead RTO role.
• Lead, manage and audit the supervision team.
