Job summary

INNOCON CONSTRUCTION SERVICES is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to oversee Housing Development Board projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on-site. You will review drawings, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and maintain thorough documentation to support timely delivery.

The role requires a Civil Engineering diploma and RTO certification, with readiness to work irregular hours on-site and coordinate with authorities to secure permits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in civil engineering or related field.
• RTO certification by BCA/IES/ACES.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with site safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supervising civil engineering construction.
• Willingness to work on-site, including irregular hours and weekends.

Responsibilities
