The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Science Labs Support
- Assist teachers in setting up and keepingexperiments and lesson materials before and after lessons.
- Prepare, arrange, and organize labequipment and resources.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure properlab practices are followed.
2. Lab EquipmentMonitoring & Maintenance
- Conduct regular checksto ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Report faulty or damaged items for repairor replacement.
- Store equipment and materials neatly afteruse.
3. General Office Duties (During Science LabDowntime, Morning Assembly Time, Recess, and Dismissal Time)
a. Reception
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, andstaff.
- Handle walk-in enquiries.
- Guide visitors to the correct departmentsor personnel.
b. Visitor and Security Management
- Monitor visitor access and notify relevantstaff of arrivals.
c. Mail and Courier Handling
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail andpackages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and courier items.
- Maintain records of all incoming andoutgoing correspondence.
e. Office Administration Support
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
f. Handling Student & Parent Inquiries
- Assist parents and students with basicadministrative requests.
- Direct urgent matters to the appropriateschool personnel.
g. Packing and Sorting
- Sort and organize documents, officesupplies, or materials.
- Pack items for storage, distribution, orevents.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentationfor packed items.
h. General cleaning of General Office (GO)
- Sweeping and mopping of GO floor and pantryareas
- Emptying GO & Pantry trash bins
- Cleaning of high touchareas
Experience:
- Preferring worked in a school environmentfor 1 year as a receptionist or science lab technical officer

- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills
- Ability to work effectively bothindependently and in teams
- Attention to detail with excellentorganising abilities
- Enable to communicate and write in English
