Job summary

CYCLECT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead technicians for preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. You will monitor BAS and energy usage, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with contractors for repairs.

You will organize 24/7 coverage, maintain records, support budgeting and upgrades, and mentor junior staff while driving facility improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Built Environment.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate with contractors for repairs.
