Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a service-ready professional to carry out maintenance and support for integrated security systems at client sites in Singapore. The role involves liaising with clients, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely, safe completion of works in line with WS&H standards.

You will need hands-on experience with security systems and at least 2 years in a related role, plus strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in security systems incl. Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance activities for security systems.
• Liaise with clients on service and maintenance-related matters.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams and assigning work responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and ensuring timely completion of service and maintenance works at clients' premises.
• Understand clients' business needs and deliver services according to their requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
