Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting is seeking an entry-level technician/assistant to handle AMS requests and support testing, data processing, and backups at our Singapore client sites. Training will be provided, with emphasis on accuracy, reporting, and teamwork.

The role requires PC literacy and strong communication skills, along with interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. No prior experience is required, offering a training pathway into the Technical Department.

Qualifications

• Nitec or higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• PC literate with good communication and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle AMS customer requests and enquiries.
• Assist the Project Engineer with testing and commissioning.
• Process AMS reports and download site data.
• Perform data backup and archiving.
• Support the Technical Department with AMS technical faults.
