Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd is assisting a client in Singapore to hire a Project Manager specializing in security systems. You will lead projects from planning to delivery, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure every milestone is met.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Electronics & Communication Engineering, has at least 2 years of project management experience, and can work with ELV, CCTV, access control and alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience with ELV, CCTV, access control and alarm systems.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring objectives and deliverables are achieved.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the key contact person for clients and handle project-related issues or escalations.
• Allocate tasks and resources to project team members and monitor overall progress.
• Ensure all projects meet the required quality standards and agreed specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to manage multiple tasks, plan resources and work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, committed and able to solve problems independently.
• Candidates with experience in the security systems industry are highly preferred.
