elogio asia pte. ltd. is seeking a Technical Manager/Supervisor to oversee after-sales service, device maintenance and repairs, and technical training across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will lead a small technical team, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

You will coordinate support for subsidiaries in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand, while working closely with sales and QA to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Formal technical degree relevant to electrical/electronics/mechatronics
• 5+ years in technical roles with team leadership
• Experience with consumer electronics or medical devices is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warranty and after-sales service, inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance scheduling
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure service records are kept
• Coordinate technical support for subsidiaries across SEA region (MY/ID/PH/TH)
• Lead and schedule technical staff, set KPIs, drive process improvements and budget control

Technical Manager/Supervisor

You’ll oversee after-sales service, device maintenance & repairs, technical training, quality assurance, and support sales team. You’ll manage a small technical team and ensure excellent technical support across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Service & Operations

• Oversee warranty & after-sales service — device inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance scheduling
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Ensure all repairs meet safety & performance standards; maintain service records & logs
• Coordinate technical support for subsidiaries in MY/ID/PH/TH

Training & Technical Support

• Support sales team for after sales technical enquiries with clients.
• Maintain user manuals, quick guides, troubleshooting docs, and training materials

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor device performance & customer feedback; elevate quality issues to manufacturer for new stock and repaired units.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, and import/device certifications
• Conduct regular QC checks on new stock and repaired units

Team & Project Management

• Lead and schedule technical support staff; set KPIs and review performance
• Monitor and maintain service process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Manage technical budget — service costs and parts inventory

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering or relevant field
• Experience: Min 5 years in technical roles; 2+ years in team leadership/service management
• Industry background: Consumer electronics, beauty/medical devices, or wellness equipment — strong advantage
