Job summary

HRnetOne in Singapore is seeking a hands-on After-Sales Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and customer service staff, plan daily workload, and ensure timely repairs.

You will diagnose, repair, test equipment, manage spare parts and stock levels, and support partners and resellers while maintaining accurate service paperwork.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or above, preferably mechanical.
• 5+ years in after-sales service or repair, including team leadership.
• Background in machinery or other electromechanical equipment.
• Clear communicator who makes sound decisions.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians and customer service staff, and plan daily workload.
• Diagnose, repair and test equipment, and step in hands-on where needed.
• Record faults and repair findings to support product quality.
• Assess warranty claims in the workshop and on site.
• Oversee spare parts sales, purchasing and stock levels, including regular stock checks.
• Partner with finance on parts pricing.
• Advise customers on product use and troubleshooting.
• Support and upskill external service partners and resellers.
• Support the sales team at customer events and product demos.
• Keep service paperwork accurate, including job orders, quotes and invoices.
• Track service performance and improve turnaround times and customer experience.
• Make occasional customer site visits within Singapore.
