Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a Technical Manager (CEC) to own technical and operational aspects of the CEC, ensuring IT systems are maintained and documented. You will coordinate with OEMs, partners and Vodafone teams to deliver seamless product demonstrations and deployments.

Must-have hands-on Microsoft technologies, VMware, networking and security experience, plus strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and TMG.
Experience with VMware vCloud Suite and networking, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and firewall services.
Familiarity with EMC storage products (VPLEX/VNX) and backup appliances (AVAMAR, DD).
Exposure to MobileIron MDM, Office 365 and AWS Cloud is beneficial.
Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Single Point of Contact for all CEC technical and operational needs.
Manage IT systems delivered in CEC and produce required documentation.
Coordinate with OEMs, partners and Vodafone operation teams.
Demonstrate products built into CEC with host and sales/solution architects.
Coordinate deployment of new products or feature enhancements; provide remote access support for Hong Kong CEC.
