Job summary

Innova Digital Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior leader with strong technical delivery and leadership capabilities to manage engineering teams and drive project outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Scrum delivery excellence, DevOps exposure, and a track record of leading 5+-member teams for several years.

Architecture and design capabilities, plus familiarity with AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC, are valued. Singaporean or PR candidates are preferred due to project restrictions.
