Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Technical Integration Consultant based in Singapore to drive system-to-system integrations between our HRMS platform and clients' global enterprise ecosystems.

You will work with HR leads and IT teams, test RESTful/SOAP APIs with Postman, write SQL queries, and guide clients through SIT/UAT and hypercare post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL (writing/troubleshooting queries) and hands-on experience using Postman for API testing, response validation, and data inspection.
• Proven track record in a client-facing consulting, business analysis, or technical implementation role. Comfortable leading technical discovery workshops and managing external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage integration projects across multiple geographies (SG, MY, and broader APAC) with adaptability and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with HR leads and client IT teams to translate complex business requirements into technical integration specifications, data mappings, and scope agreements.
• Hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of RESTful/SOAP APIs using Postman. Build and maintain clean, secure data flows across platforms.
• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and validation during implementation phases.
• Communicate effectively with key business decision-makers, internal product teams, and technical engineers.
• Guide clients through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and hypercare post-go-live support.

You will sit at the intersection of technical execution and direct client interaction, serving as a trusted technical advisor across Singapore, Malaysia, and extended regional markets.
