Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in technical or electro-mechanical product sales.

Technical background or experience working in an engineering environment or firm.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Conduct technical assessments and provide consultative recommendations to clients, translating engineering concepts into business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery and alignment across units.
Travel extensively to meet with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and support business development initiatives.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that clearly communicate product benefits and ROI.
