Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a Technical Executive to manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate fault response, and drive asset performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in facilities management with contractor oversight.
• Experience in incident reporting, RCA, and asset data management.
• CMMS experience and ability to support security systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure optimal asset performance.

About you

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in contractor management, incident reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), work proposal preparation, asset inventory management, and the use of CMMS systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with MSD System Integrator accreditation or prior experience supporting security systems within protected facilities.
