Job summary

Viskou System Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Technical Engineer to support Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities. You will work with our Sales team to provide technical consultation, propose IT solutions, and deliver excellent technical support to customers.

Responsibilities include conducting product presentations, POC, designing solutions, installing and maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and delivering both onsite and remote support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant IT field with GPA 3.0 or above.
• Fresh grads welcome; 1–3 years' experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN, VPN, and Wireless networking.
• Familiar with Windows Server and network troubleshooting.
• CCNA or other Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel for onsite support when required.
