Job summary

ICE Data Services Singapore invites a detail-oriented Desktop Specialist to join our team. You will become a technical SME, help clients understand ICE Desktop & Web Platforms, configure workflows, and support integration across front-to-back trading environments.

Key duties include demonstrating product capabilities, solving client issues, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and services teams while expanding adoption and revenue across commodities markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across technical and commercial audiences.
• Good understanding of trading environments, market data and associated technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and desktop trading/market data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product, technical, and market expertise across commodities and energy markets to demonstrate ICE Desktop & Web Platforms to clients.
• Provide technical SME support including configuration, workflows, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Support adoption of ICE Desktop & Web Platforms across assigned territory and client base.
• Design and demonstrate technical workflows and integrations using APIs, data integrations, and client systems.
• Build client relationships through training sessions, on-site visits, and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and drive value.
