Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a senior tech professional to own the trade management applications and lead architecture across cloud, DevOps, and microservices.

You will review architectures, drive integration designs, and ensure reliable operations while coordinating project and product delivery with multiple stakeholders. This role is backed by a 2-year contract and requires extensive experience in financial tech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 15+ years of relevant experience in trade management support and/or implementation
• Minimum 2–4 years in application support, operations, or tech project management
• Proven track record in project and vendor management and business process analysis
• Strong proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with J2EE/.NET, SQL, shell scripting, and cloud-native architectures

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the applications of the trade management portfolio
• Perform business analysis, elicit requirements, and design system architectures
• Lead integration designs, performance testing, and multi-component deployment
• Develop proofs of concept for cloud, DevOps, and microservices
• Ensure reliable operations, incident management, and monitoring
• Oversee project and product delivery, aligning with business objectives
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance for application infrastructure
