Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) seeks a Technology Specialist to lead policy and infrastructure projects advancing Singapore as a global payments hub. You will review technical architecture, mitigate risks, and collaborate with industry partners to strengthen Singapore's digital finance edge.

The role covers payments connectivity, cross-border linkages, and governance frameworks, with a focus on security, scalability, and industry engagement. The contract is two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in product or infrastructure development in financial services is advantageous.
• Keen interest in the payments sector and related technologies.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and review technical architecture and design of payment systems for scalability, security and performance.
• Recommend improvements and ensure best practices across payment infrastructure.
• Identify technical risks and collaborate with policy analysts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regulators and international partners to expand cross-border connectivity.
