Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with extensive experience in supporting and/or implementing trade management systems.
- 15+ years of relevant IT experience with 2–4+ years in application support/operations or tech project management.
- Proven track record in project and vendor management and business process analysis.
- Strong software architecture, design patterns and best practices knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the applications of the trade management portfolio.
- Lead architecture design, technology analysis and solution design for bespoke and COTS solutions.
- Plan, implement, and support application infrastructure across multiple agencies.
- Develop proofs of concept using cloud, DevOps, and microservices; lead CI/CD and performance testing.
- Ensure on-going operations, reliability and governance of ICT projects and products.
