Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of enterprise web and mobile projects from planning to go-live. You will be the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders and coordinate with offshore engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires leadership in go-live execution, rollout planning every two months, and strong governance across multiple interlinked workstreams while managing risks and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise web/mobile projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with release management and rollout cycles.
• Ability to manage budgets and reporting to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be the onsite delivery owner and primary contact for the client stakeholders.
• Own the project plan across the full SDLC — scope definition, work breakdown, resourcing, timeline, and budget.
• Lead end-to-end go-live planning and rolling rollout cadence (~every 2 months).
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies and align release schedules.
• Coordinate with offshore engineering and architecture teams to ensure quality.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, manage scope changes.
• Run steering committee updates and RAID logs.
