Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the technical implementation and integration of our ERP SaaS solution in Singapore. You will oversee engineering practices, ensure secure coding, and guide developers and testers on estimation and design.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and production readiness across environments. The role requires strong leadership in Agile delivery for cloud or hybrid setups, hands-on API/microservices design, and deep experience with

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance ERP system implementations.
At least 4 years of experience working with the proposed ERP SaaS product.
Experience leading at least one finance ERP implementation project of similar scope and complexity as a Technical Lead.
Relevant certification in the proposed ERP SaaS product is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation and integration of the solution.
Oversee engineering practices, including secure coding, code reviews, test automation, and adherence to quality standards.
Provide technical leadership to developers and testers on estimation, solution design, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment setup across development, staging, and production environments.
Ensure operational readiness, including observability, error handling, and production incident support, including after-hours support rotation when required.
Drive system performance tuning, reliability improvements, and compliance with security standards.
Prepare technical documentation and conduct technical walkthroughs for delivery and operational handover.
Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams for cloud or hybrid solutions.
Experience with API and microservices architecture and design.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and code quality/security tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
Good analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
