Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales of construction materials and technical solutions. You will build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project stakeholders, delivering product presentations and securing specifications.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 1–2 years of sales experience, with strong communication, presentation, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Business, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in construction materials, engineering products, technical solutions, or related industries.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's products and solutions to contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Secure product specifications and approvals for projects through regular engagement with consultants, architects, engineers, and developers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and demonstrations to prospective clients and project teams.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and supporting technical documentation.
• Monitor project pipelines, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and industry-related events as required.
