Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Banking Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore.

You will gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Pega-related initiatives, translating business needs into clear system specifications, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with architecture, integration, and development teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with enterprise standards, perform impact assessments, and support UAT through test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 4+ years with integrated banking systems including CRM, KYC, screening, document management, and core banking apps.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data mapping, and end-to-end business processes.
• Familiarity with Pega platform capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Pega-related initiatives.

• Collaborate with architecture, integration, and development teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance with enterprise standards.

• Ensure solution designs comply with banking operational processes, controls, and policies.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and assisting in defect resolution.
• Provide functional expertise throughout development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years with integrated banking systems, including CRM platforms, KYC utilities, screening systems, document management solutions, and core banking/account fulfillment applications.
• Strong understanding of system integration, interface requirements, data mapping, and end-to-end business process flows.
• Knowledge of operational workflows and dependencies across multiple business and technology systems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, and solution delivery within the banking or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with Pega platform capabilities and enterprise application delivery methodologies is preferred.
