PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Banking Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore.

You will gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Pega-related initiatives, translating business needs into clear system specifications, user stories, and process flows. Collaborate with architecture, integration, and development teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with enterprise standards, perform impact assessments, and support UAT through test

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
4+ years with integrated banking systems including CRM, KYC, screening, document management, and core banking apps.
Strong understanding of system integration, data mapping, and end-to-end business processes.
Familiarity with Pega platform capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Pega initiatives.
Translate business requirements into system specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct solution prototyping and requirement validation with stakeholders.
Collaborate with architecture, integration, and development teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with enterprise standards.
Perform impact assessment for system enhancements, change requests, and regulatory updates.
Ensure solution designs comply with banking operational processes, controls, and policies.
Support UAT by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and assisting in defect resolution.
Provide functional expertise throughout development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support phases.
