Job summary

Softvil Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will collect requirements, analyze processes, and craft detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories, while maintaining versioned documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or information technology.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, system analysis, system design and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multi-tasking ability to work concurrently on multiple projects.
• Experience in agile development practices covering product owner role.
• Strong analytical skills translating business requirements into operational requirements.

• – Coordinate with product owner and business to understand business requirement.
• – Take high-level objectives and convert the same into detailed functional / non-functional requirements and user stories.
• – Identify, analyze, and document client requirements.
• – Maintain versioned requirement / technical documents with the latest updates.
• – Understand the financial, product, market, operational aspects and engage in research to assist in managing business priorities and driving required improvements.
• – Maintain confidential information.
• – Perform Risk Analysis to understand uncertain events and circumstances that can have negative impacts on the project
• – Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
• – Handle various corporate and client projects within the defined deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• – A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
• – A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Business Analysis
• – Proven experience on Requirement Elicitation, System Analysis, System Design and Documentation.
