Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

The role involves partnering with product managers, engineers, and policy leads to roll out new features and changes that impact the product. You will elicit and document business requirements, translate them into user stories, and analyze requirements to influence design, test cases, and business processes.

Qualifications

• Min. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communicator with good stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements and translate into user stories.
• Analyze requirements to drive design or review of test cases, business models and processes.
• Elaborate user stories with storyboard, story map, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Support operationalisation of agencies’ engagements through coordination of processes, documentation and testing.
• Manage and triage operational issues related to identity records for data consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with UX designers for research activities like workshops and usability testing.
• Plan UAT with Quality Engineers and business users and monitor progress and acceptance.
• Act as a bridge between frontline teams and technical teams for issue resolution and feedback loops.

Our Digital Transformation team is looking for an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

• Salary up to $10,000 + AWS
• Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc

Responsibilities

1. Partner with product managers, engineers, and policy leads to ensure smooth rollout of new features and changes that impact the product.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into user-stories.
3. Analyze requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business model/processes.
4. Elaborate user stories with storyboard, story map, wireframes, business process flow and acceptance criteria.
5. Support the operationalisation of agencies’ engagements - coordinating processes, documentation, and testing.
6. Manage and triage operational issues related to identity records, ensuring user data remains consistent and accurate across systems.
7. Working closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and usability testing.
8. Engage with Quality Engineer and business users to plan UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT.
9. Act as a bridge between frontline teams and technical teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and feedback loops.
