Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive digitalization initiatives for government agencies, shaping product strategy and roadmaps with direct public-sector impact.

You will lead agile, user-centered development, align stakeholders, and governance while delivering sites’ transformation goals under a hybrid work model. The role offers up to SGD 10,000 monthly plus AWS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for site products.
• Drive product vision alignment with site transformation goals and workforce planning objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across agencies to ensure product strategy supports overall site objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, user-centred development environment with rapid iteration cycles.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
• Establish product governance frameworks and development best practices.
