Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in M&E Engineering, Building Management or Facilities Management.

You will be the technical personnel in Commercial Asset Management Department of Properties & Land Group, in charge of several commercial complexes, focusing on safety, building audit and Facilities Management innovation.

You will be the technical personnel in Commercial Asset Management Department of Properties & Land Group, in charge of several commercial complexes, focusing on safety, building audit and Facilities Management innovation.

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in management and maintenance matters – inspections and taking over of new HDB commercial properties, processing of renovation applications, reinstatement works, vacancy maintenance, defects management, carry out upgrading of commercial premises, monitor progress schedule and incident reporting. You will supervise the managing agent and follow up on all technical matters, including procurement and related matters.

[What we are looking for]

You should have a good background in M&E Engineering, Building, Building Management, Building and Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building and Property Management or Building Services Engineering and possess at least 2 years of working experience in the managing of escalators/ lifts/ air-conditioning. You should be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery.
