Job summary

Red Hat's South East Asia Technical Account Management team in Singapore is seeking an experienced enterprise TAM to guide customers on Platform (RHEL) and OpenShift, acting as trusted advisor across strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Global Support to debug, test, and resolve issues while building long-term relationships, delivering proactive guidance, and mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer support, development, engineering, or QA role.
• Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships with proactive support.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; convey complex info clearly.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and business drivers.
• Ability to manage multiple issues/projects with attention to detail.
• Experience with RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible; quickly learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships with attentive, relationship-based support.
• Serve as advocate for customers within Red Hat.
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to prevent issues.
• Understand customers' infrastructure and environments, hardware, offerings.
• Create engagement plans and keep environment documentation updated.
• Support enterprise customers deploying automated/containerized cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product mgmt, and support to debug and resolve issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base and share best practices with peers.
• Mentor others in technical/process areas and participate in internal projects.
• Deliver portfolio updates and guide upgrade implementations.
• Manage use cases and maintain clear case documentation.
• Engage with field teams to develop patterns for platform adoption.
• Ensure positive cloud experience and long-term enterprise success.
• Communicate alignment of Red Hat cloud solutions with customer use cases.
• Travel to visit customers and events as needed per region.
