Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior RHEL/OCP specialist to own RHEL OS fleet and manage OpenShift 4.x clusters in production. You will patch, harden, and tune systems while ensuring minimal downtime for critical workloads.

Responsibilities cover OS patch cycles, MCO configuration, RBAC and network policies, Quay registry management, and security hardening per CIS/DISA. 3–4 years of experience preferred, with automation mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RHEL 8/9 in enterprise production environments.
• Experience deploying and maintaining OCP 4.x clusters.
• Familiar with RBAC, SCCs, network policies, and image vulnerability scanning.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the RHEL OS fleet underpinning OCP worker/control-plane nodes and non-containerised servers.
• Plan and execute RHEL OS patching cycles with minimal service disruption.
• Implement and validate OS hardening benchmarks (SELinux policies, firewalld, auditd).
• Troubleshoot system-level issues (kernel parameters, ulimits, cgroups, storage mounts).
• Deploy, upgrade, and maintain OCP 4.x clusters; manage MCO and node lifecycle.
• Configure RBAC, SCCs, and network policies across namespaces and projects.
• Support container provisioning and image lifecycle for containerised services.
