This consulting role is non-sales, driving value from discovery through solution design, implementation and long-term success. You will own customer engagements, support delivery, and act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with our leadership team to optimise processes and achieve

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise platforms like Jira/JSM or HaloITSM.
• Strong ability to analyse business processes and design workflow improvements.
• Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts through the engagement lifecycle.
• Run discovery workshops to understand processes, challenges and goals.
• Translate improvements into practical solution designs using Jira/JSM/HaloITSM.
• Support pre-sales activities with customer meetings, demos, scoping and proposals.
• Deliver consulting services, configuration and implementation for projects.
• Conduct customer presentations, executive briefings and end-user training.
• Coordinate delivery with internal consultants and customers to ensure success.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Monitor adoption and suggest continuous improvements.
• Identify opportunities for additional consulting or platform enhancements with sales.
• Stay current with Agile, ITSM, automation and AI-enabled productivity.
