Job summary

Google Cloud Consulting seeks a Technical Account Manager (Mid) in Singapore to drive successful cloud transformations for enterprise customers. You will lead implementation journeys, manage timelines and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will engage with executives, advocate for customer needs, and shape strategic roadmaps while ensuring effective communication across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and driving technology initiatives.
• Strong program management experience in complex technical transformations.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud operations, escalation, and IT consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by guiding the implementation journey across workstreams.
• Advocate for customer needs to remove blockers and drive feature adoption.
• Develop strategic relationships and lead quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Plan and coordinate customer events, launches, and cross-team engagements for successful outcomes.
• Create reusable playbooks and best practices to scale cloud adoption with partners.
