Qualifications

At least 3 years in client service, service delivery, account management, or IT advisory roles.
Background in Accounting or Business with exposure to IT or technology sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Offer cost-effective and practical advice on digitalisation roadmaps, AI automation, IT budgeting and IT governance.
Be the first point of contact for clients in the IT service management framework.
Assist in preparing proposals, estimates and presentations for clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT managed services.
Strengthen client relationships to ensure service excellence.
Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for end-to-end IT managed services
