Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a recruitment consultant to identify new business opportunities, understand clients' recruitment needs, and build lasting relationships across APAC. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from initial screening to negotiations, delivering tailored solutions to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities daily through databases and portals to generate leads.
• Conduct business development by meeting prospects to understand recruitment needs and build relationships.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio.
• Handle full recruitment process from phone screening to contract negotiations.
• Provide recruitment solutions advice to clients and candidates.
• Deliver client strategy across APAC and lead innovative approaches to win and retain strategic clients.
• Develop strategic global clients aligned with organisational goals.
• Drive net fee income by rights-to-trade and effective resource allocation.
• Optimize midterm client opportunities while meeting short-term NFI and PBT goals using market drivers.
• Ensure sales delivery, maximize client relationships, and attract candidates by coordinating with ops heads.
• Manage client relationship managers and targeted business units as required.
