Responsibilities

• Sourcing high calibre candidates and screening CVs.
• Conducting telephone interviews and assessments.
• Building rapport with candidates.
• Maintaining communication with candidates and understanding their career ambitions.
• Maintaining administrative records and uploading candidates to the in-house database.
• Assisting with advertising vacancies and managing candidate responses.
• Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested
