Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a software developer to design, code, test, and maintain scalable applications that support core business operations.

You will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions while following Agile/Scrum practices. The role focuses on modern architectures and best practices to deliver high-quality software, with a strong emphasis on documentation, testing, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Experience in software development using Dot Net.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications that meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Develop scalable and high-performance application architectures using modern development frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and project leads to gather requirements and convert them into effective solutions.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Resolve software defects and technical issues promptly to ensure application stability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation related to application design, workflows, and deployment
