Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD is seeking a Scrum Lead / tech-lead to guide an agile pod of developers and testers in Singapore. You will mentor the team, foster collaboration with clients, and drive best practices in code quality and DevOps tooling.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, advanced communication, and hands-on expertise in ReactJS and .NET Core, with a focus on delivering high-quality software amid shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software development experience with 2+ years in a Scrum Lead or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
• Comfortable working with statistics.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong leadership and proactive, self-driven attitude.
• Advanced communication and storytelling skills.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Technical proficiency in ReactJS and .NET Core, with hands-on code review and DevOps tooling.
• CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex technical concepts.

About You
