Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to support the Technology Risk Culture workplan within Group Technology. You will help design, embed and evaluate interventions to strengthen risk culture across the bank, collaborating with HR, RMG and technology teams.

This role also involves governance, reporting and program performance management, ensuring messages are clear and impactful for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in assessing, managing and improving risk culture within large organisations.
• Preferable degree in a behavioural science discipline (e.g., organisational psychology).
• Preferable experience in risk management discipline.
• Preferable experience in Banking and Financial Services industry.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of the Technology Risk Culture workplan.
• Support design, execution, embedment and evaluation of interventions to strengthen Technology’s risk culture.
• Support management of program performance and governance and audit issues.
• Support in reporting to various stakeholders with clear, succinct messages.
• Collaborate with HR, RMG and Technology teams to enhance program success.
