Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in assessing, managing and improving risk culture within large organisations.
• (Preferable) Degree in a relevant behavioural science discipline (e.g., organisational psychology).
• (Preferable) Experience in risk management discipline.
• (Preferable) Experience in Banking and Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of the Technology Risk Culture workplan.
• Support design, execution, embedment and evaluation of interventions to strengthen Technology’s risk culture, using behavioural science informed techniques.
• Support management of program performance and governance and audit issues.
• Support in reporting to various stakeholders, helping to deliver high-impact, clear and succinct messages.
• Collaborate widely with HR, RMG and Technology teams to enhance the success of interventions.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, if any.
