Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore seeks a Technology Risk professional to act as the first Line-of-Defense for risk and control matters across the technology function. You will coordinate programs to strengthen risk posture, support day-to-day operations, and lead reviews, testing and reporting.

The role requires deep analytical skills, strong communication and the ability to drive risk mitigation across multiple stakeholders and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology development and support environment.
• Strong ability to perform deep-dive investigations for control issues.
• Familiarity with governance and control frameworks.
• Proven ability to communicate risk findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as first Line-of-Defense (LoD) for team risk and control matters.
• Coordinate programs to enhance risk posture across the Bank and department.
• Review and improve processes through automation and templating.
• Lead risk reviews, control testing, and management reporting.
• Develop metrics to monitor risk mitigation programs and escalate issues.
