Job summary

Major Global Bank in Singapore is seeking a Technology Risk Manager to support a multi-year core banking transformation program and global transaction projects. The role requires effective communication and IT risk expertise within a regulated banking environment.

You will collaborate with technology, project, security, and business teams to govern risk, perform assessments, and ensure remediation of issues across lifecycles. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, Technology Controls, Risk Assurance, Information Security, or Technology Governance.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments.
• Good understanding of technology risk management and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology risk governance and oversight across strategic transformation and technology initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and control reviews throughout project lifecycles.
• Review and challenge risk exceptions, control gaps, and remediation plans.
• Partner with technology, project, security, and business teams to identify and manage technology risks.
• Ensure key risk issues are appropriately tracked, escalated, and remediated.
• Support governance forums, risk committees, and stakeholder reporting.
• Promote effective risk management practices across project and technology teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of technology risk and governance processes.
