Job summary

Softvil Technologies is seeking a Tech Lead for React JS and React Native in Singapore. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, architect scalable solutions, and guide engineering teams across front-end and back-end stacks.

The role requires expertise in React, Java/Spring Boot, AWS, NoSQL databases, and modern frontend tech. You will mentor engineers, help recruit, and drive delivery with Agile and TDD practices.

Qualifications

Hands-on React JS and React Native experience is required.
Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong front-end skills: CSS3, JavaScript, HTML.
Experience with AWS, microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, GraphQL.
Proficient in RESTful services and JUnit/Selenium/Jenkins/Katalon.
Strong collaboration to design solutions meeting business needs.

Responsibilities

Work with business partners to understand context and architect solutions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across software engineering.
Evaluate new technologies and guide the team on best practices.
Coach and mentor junior engineers.
Assist in recruiting and interviewing.
Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates.
Participate in daily scrums and provide visibility on work.
