Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer specializing in ReactJS and Node.js to join our Singapore team. You will design, build and maintain web and mobile features while integrating with PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases and RESTful services.

You will collaborate with project managers and analysts, guide junior developers, and ensure secure, scalable deployments on Azure or AWS. A strong communication mindset and team leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on development experience with ReactJS and Node.js delivering web and/or mobile apps.
• Experience integrating applications with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to provide technical guidance or lead a small team/work stream.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand business needs and user requirements.
• Support specification delivery, architecture design and interface concepts for the SHARE project.
• Design, develop and maintain web and mobile features using ReactJS, React Native and Node.js.
• Integrate with PostgreSQL and MSSQL back-ends and RESTful services.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and review code to enforce best practices.
• Support deployment activities across cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• Document architecture, code changes and resolution steps.
• Analyze usage reports and troubleshoot routine and complex issues.
