Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced React Lead to drive frontend architecture, technical excellence, and delivery for modern web applications. You will lead a team of frontend engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-performing React-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale web apps with React.js.
• Advanced knowledge of React concepts: Hooks, Context API, Suspense, lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with Redux or similar state management.
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills (ES6+).
• Experience writing unit/integration tests with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Expertise in frontend performance optimization and scalability.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture decisions and coding standards for React applications.

• Review UI/UX feasibility, performance, and maintainability.
