Job summary

Softvil Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Solutions Developer (Full-Stack – Java/React/Node.js) to lead full-stack development using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB.

You will architect RESTful APIs and backend services, mentor junior developers, drive Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD pipelines, and ensure performance, scalability and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps & microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
